All
regular MacKay team members in good standing may apply for an FWA, providing
that they:
typically have three to
six months service
are not on any type of
written or verbal disciplinary action
understand that some
positions may not support some or all FWAs, and that the right to
apply does not guarantee approval
Our FWAs and this process are to
be used for continuing, team member-initiated
flexible schedules and do not pertain to any
leave of absence that a team member might
otherwise be legally eligible for, such as
parental, compassionate leave etc.
