FlexTime

Definition:

With flextime, team members can arrive earlier or later than MacKay’s “regular” hours, work their full day, and leave.  Hours can be fixed or adjusted on a periodic or daily basis.

Team members may need to work longer hours to get their work done, just as they would on a standard schedule.
