Below are brief descriptions of each FWA option. For

FlexTime
allows
team members to vary the start and end times of their standard work
day around stated core hours.
Compressed
Workweek enables
redistribution of a full-time schedule in fewer than five days
in one week or ten days in two weeks.
Part-Time team members
work at least 16 hours a week but less than full-time with
salary and benefits prorated.
Job
Sharing allows
two people to divide the tasks and responsibilities of one
full-time position, with the salary and benefits prorated.
Telecommuting team members
work up to two days a week from home or another
off-site location. |
