A full-time workload cannot be accomplished with a serious reduction in hours.  The work has to be restructured by having some of the responsibilities reassigned. A creative manager will see the business and retention value of having team members on a mix of full-time, reduced, job-sharing and other schedules. These can be better ways to get the work done and an effective way of dealing with the seasonality of our business.
