In order for an FWA to meet both team member and business needs, responsibility for its success must be shared.


Manager's Role


• KNOW our FWA approach, guidelines
• SUPPORT team members to use the process
• CONSIDER all requests fairly
• CLARIFY performance expectations
• PARTNER with team member on challenges
• COMMUNICATE change to key contacts
• TROUBLESHOOT issues with team, others
• EVALUATE arrangement as agreed
• STRIVE to be flexible throughout
